3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
• We carefully inspect all items before shipping. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we will assess the issue.
• This does not apply to issues related to personal preference, incorrect orders placed by the customer, or improper handling of the product.
4. Shipping Delays & Lost Packages
• Once an order has been shipped, Teddy’s Hair is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
• In the case of lost or stolen packages, we recommend contacting the shipping provider to file a claim.
